The NKD-Group calculates, stores and presents the history and daily update to the U.S.-based E, S, and G indices (pricing factors). Any use of this data is governed by the 'Terms of Use' and any written report/manuscript/publication must must state the recommended 'cite' as provided. Three values (X) are available for each E, S, and G index. Raw, Scaled (-1 ≤ X ≤ 1), and Continuous [=ln(1+scaled)]. The download step is NOT necessary or required for WinORS users (see the WinORS menu tree: Data | Market Data).
Instructions
- Decide the type of data (i.e., Raw, Scaled, or Continuous).
- In the vertical plane for the desired type of data, click the appropriate E, S, or G button. Repeat as needed to obtain the full set.
- The data table appears with continuous daily observations starting 01-Jan-2015.
- Locate the desired starting date.
- Highlight the two columns (date and value) down from the desired date to an end date.
- Execute a copy command.
- In an Open Excel spreadsheet (or compatible), place the cursor at the insertion point.
- Execute a paste command.
